On behalf of the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation, we’d like to thank you for agreeing to support our organization. We are grateful for your support, and it is citizens like yourself that help to make a difference.

There are more than 2,000 Washington State law enforcement officers who are members of the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police, including officers from city, county, state and federal agencies, who protect the streets and citizens of Washington State 24/7.

Your donation will help to support the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation and its many worthwhile programs that aid Washington law enforcement officers and help honor the memory of the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice. At the family’s request, some of the programs made available to Washington law enforcement officers and families of fallen police officers through the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation include:

Honor Guard memorial service for fallen police officers.

Financial assistance to the families of police officers injured or killed in the line of duty.

College scholarships to eligible law enforcement officer’s children.

Aid and assistance to families of fallen police officers, which enable them to attend the FOP-sponsored National Police Week Ceremony to see their loved ones’ name placed on the Police Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.

Provide assistance to surviving family members and law enforcement officers involved in critical incidents by providing Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) training for agencies that do not have access to such a program.

Supporting the Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation helps ensure that those who have risked all, do not go unnoticed. Please send your contribution today.

On behalf of the entire membership, we gratefully acknowledge and appreciate your participation and support.

Honoring Those Who Have Made the Ultimate Sacrifice

Every day a law enforcement officer goes on duty, knowing their life may end that day protecting and serving the citizens of their state. Yet each day officers throughout the country, who are often overlooked, proudly do so to help protect the lives of our loved ones and keep our communities and highways safe. All of them have given some, and some have given all. We ask that you join us in honoring the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families whose lives are changed forever and will be without a father, a mother, a spouse or a child.

Why enforce the seat belt law?
  • Because the most effective way to protect yourself from harm is to buckle up!
  • Most accidents happen on a familiar road, in decent weather, close to home.
  • Over 75% of people killed in motor vehicle accidents were not wearing their seat belts!

Remember, most states have seat belt laws, and all states have a child passenger safety law. Buckle up for safety!

Make a difference with your donation

The Washington State Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation is dedicated to the aid of any law enforcement member, agency or family to assist during and after the exposure of a Critical Incident, so that they can return to their former level of function as soon as possible after traumatic event. Further, we provide assistance to the family and agency that experiences the loss of an officer in the line of duty by having trained members that will assist in a host of duties not limited to funeral arrangement, notifications and coordination with the agency and family.
